Relying on the high-precision control of the full servo system, the mixing ratio and laying density of the water-absorbing resin and the pile slurry can be precisely regulated to ensure uniform absorption of the core and firm water retention. After 200ml of simulated urine is poured in, it can quickly penetrate and the surface remains dry without reverse seepage. Meanwhile, by precisely controlling the tensile force and fit position of the elastic waist, and in combination with the hot-pressing forming process of the three-dimensional protective ring, the diaper can closely conform to the body curves of infants of different body types, effectively reducing the risk of side leakage and back leakage. The finished product qualification rate remains stable at over 98%, fully meeting parents' demand for "peace of mind throughout the night".
 

Adapt to the demands of diverse skin-friendly materials:

Compatible with various skin-friendly surface layer materials such as pure cotton, bamboo fiber, and breathable non-woven fabric. With the precise control of the conveying tension by the full servo system, it avoids skin irritation caused by fiber damage during the production process. In response to the demands of different climate regions, the product features can be flexibly adjusted. For the thin and light models produced for tropical areas, the core thickness can be controlled at 2-3mm, while for the warm models designed for high-latitude regions, the thickness can be increased to 5-6mm. Differentiated production can be achieved without modifying the core equipment.
