Skin-friendly material compatibility, caring for delicate skin
Compatible with various skin-friendly surface layers such as pure cotton, bamboo fiber, and breathable non-woven fabric, the servo system precisely controls the tension of fabric delivery, avoiding fiber damage during production, ensuring the soft and smooth touch of the pull pants and reducing skin friction and irritation. A small number of molds can be replaced to achieve full size switching between S, M, L and XL, which is suitable for the body shape changes of infants aged 6 to 36 months. The switching process only takes 30 minutes. It simultaneously supports the production adjustment of daily styles, night thickened styles, and swimming-specific styles, which can quickly respond to the preference of the European and American markets for high-end ultra-thin styles and the demand of the Southeast Asian market for high cost-performance basic styles, helping buyers flexibly adjust the product structure.
