The production line supports the processing of 100% plant-based materials, including bamboo fiber non-woven fabric, corn starch-based absorbent core, compostable PE film, etc. By precisely controlling the composite temperature (error ≤±1℃) and pressure, it solves the industry problems of easy embrittlement and unstable water absorption of degradable materials The finished product can pass the EU EN 13432 compost certification (degradation rate ≥90% within 90 days).


Equipped with a closed-loop waste recycling system, the scraps can be reused for core filling after being crushed (utilization rate ≥98%), reducing industrial waste emissions by 60% compared to traditional production lines. This meets the requirements of the EU's Circular Economy Action Plan for "zero waste production" and helps customers apply for the EU Ecolabel.


Low-carbon production and energy optimization


Adopting a photovoltaic-compatible power system (supporting solar energy access), the overall energy consumption of the machine is reduced by 40% compared to traditional equipment (power consumption per thousand pieces ≤12kWh), and it can provide a full life cycle carbon footprint report (in compliance with ISO 14067 standards), helping customers offset carbon emissions in the production process, which is in line with the "carbon-neutral factory" construction goals of countries such as Germany and Sweden.


The drying process adopts heat pump technology, with a heat energy recovery efficiency of ≥85%, reducing natural gas consumption and adapting to the current situation of high energy prices in Europe (the price of industrial natural gas in the European Union is expected to increase by 30% year-on-year in 2024).
