The production line supports the processing of 100% plant-based materials, including bamboo fiber non-woven fabric, corn starch-based absorbent core, compostable PE film, etc. By precisely controlling the composite temperature (error ≤±1℃) and pressure, it solves the industry problems of easy embrittlement and unstable water absorption of degradable materials The finished product can pass the EU EN 13432 compost certification (degradation rate ≥90% within 90 days).
Equipped with a closed-loop waste recycling system, the scraps can be reused for core filling after being crushed (utilization rate ≥98%), reducing industrial waste emissions by 60% compared to traditional production lines.
