Compatible with economical local raw materials Under the premise of ensuring the quality of the finished product, it can be adapted to regional non-woven fabrics (such as spunbond fabrics from Southeast Asia and recycled fiber fabrics from Africa), low-cost water-absorbing cores (mainly composed of wool pulp and a small amount of high-molecular mixture), and other easily accessible raw materials, helping customers reduce their reliance on imported raw materials, lower procurement costs and transportation cycles, and is particularly suitable for price-sensitive markets (such as South Asia and Africa).

Strong adaptability to raw materials: High tolerance for the thickness and hardness of raw materials (for example, non-woven fabric can be normally produced within ±5g of weight error), reducing production instability caused by batch differences of raw materials, lowering strict requirements for raw material suppliers, and enhancing the flexibility of the supply chain.

Modular disassembly and installation: The production line can be disassembled into independent modules such as feeding, forming, cutting, and packaging. Each module is lightweight (≤500kg) and can be installed without large lifting equipment. It is suitable for old factories with limited floor height and narrow passageways (such as small and medium-sized workshops in some parts of South America).

Expandable packaging function: The basic model comes standard with simple packaging modules (such as bag packaging, single bag packaging).
